1. I was diagnosed with Lupus Erythmatosus & Fibromyalgia in 2001.
2. Youngest brother Jim diagnosed with Tranverse Myelitis (a degenerative spinal condition that can lead to Multiple Sclerosis) in 2004.
3. Brother Jack diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis June 7, 2006.

You can turn things around to feel better! Get into the Raw diet as much as you can and as much as you can afford- go ORGANIC. Drink pure water, exercize as you can even if you are sitting. Cut out anything refined white sugar white bread white rice … you know the deal…

Sorry to hear about Jack…but I swear theres gotts be funding out there somewhere to do a study on you guys and that tangled fishing line DNA of yours.

Sorry you had to quit Curves…I was happy youd found something you enjoyed that was good for you. Keep up the campaign not to get too down as we both know where that can go. Have fun paddling in the pool…best thing about the water…the illusion of being weightless!

I am sorry to hear about all of this. I know one thing . . . aging is not for sissies! It’s tough. Yes, Jayne, we ‘could’ have looked after ourselves better when we were young. I don’t know about you, but I was bomb-proof back then. LOL. ;) However, it is never too late to start.
I have been, and still am, undergoing some natural energy healing. Diagnosis still unknown, according to the medical profession. I asked these healers about genetic disorders,
and they feel it can be overcome. I sure hope so.

The really cruddy thing is that we had to learn this late in life that we should have taken better care of our bodies when we were younger.

OMG thats terrible! I have always thought genetics had a lot more to do with ddisease than people thought- so if you have the propesity towards something…do everything you can to PREVENT it from developing Take care of yourself! Ya only have one body!

I can relate! I have fibromyalgia and a 70 degree curve in my spine and a prolapsed bladder. I love photography and that is what my webpage is about, it also has a link to my blog. If you go to the previous page(on my website) you will find a link about Fibromyalgia. We like alot of the same TV shows and since we have some things in common I hope we can be friends. Peace, Linda
