The Weather in Haiku

Per Cindy’s request, the current Spokane weather in Haiku:

tis cool the breezes
the sun is bright warming all
heat wave is broken

Let it be known here and now, I hate haiku and if anyone else requests something like this, I will send a Vogon Sumo Wrestler to your home to regale you with his philosophic poetry.

Request made during Blogathon 2006

About Jayne d'Arcy

I am now, as of 2010, 48 years old. I do a bit of digital artwork, and photography. I also write Harry Potter fan fiction that is Severus Snape-centric. No slash. On this blog I have a library of my own original work, which I hope you'll be inclined to visit and comment on.

Nicely Done! I personally like the form both traditional and modern…composing one in my head is one of the ways to kill three hours on the bus.

    Hey This is Post 17!
    Syllabically Haiku is 5-7-5 and…
    5+7+5= 17
    Wonderful happenstance or manipulated artifice?
