My Blogrolls
I’ve moved my blogrolls to my Links page. If you keep an eye on other folks’ blogrolls, you may have noticed that mine have changed a bit. I have divided them into Daily Reads, and Artists that Blog and Writers that Blog. I moved them from my front page due to the fact that blogrolling.com still manages to slow down my site. And, the more blogrolls you have on the front page, the worse it gets. With the graphics I use in my designs, I really don’t need external links causing problems.
WordPress does have an internal linkage system, which I wish I could use, but it’s annoying as hell. It was built with internal styling that’s next to impossible to override, so consequently, it throws everything else around it out of whack because it’s paying attention to its own styling tags.
I’ve also noticed, for me at least, that blogrolls are becoming more of a mutual link exchange. My real Daily Reads are at Bloglines.
