Stentious – (sten shus) A combination of the words tension and stink. It describes that particular high stress level condition affecting you in which everything around you smells like garbage. The best way to stave off the worst effects is to go to Dairy Queen and order a Blizzard.

Doo Hickey – (du hic eeee) This describes any shiny object (including objects that don’t shine, but have an “implied shine”) that has or will have a nifty use. An example: In web page design, a CSS style sheet is made up of sometimes hundreds of tiny doo hickeys.
Word Origin: Middle America

Smek – (smeK!) This is a loving, gently applied sock to the shoulder or slap to the cheek between lovers, friends and compadres.

Smuh – (s’muh!) This is a multi-talented word that can fit in during those awkward moments when you must say something, but can’t think of something to say and really don’t want to curse. It’s generally accepted definition, though, is beyond the reach of mere mortals and requires a devotional enlightenment that not even the Dalai Lama has yet managed to achieve.
Word Origin: Monterey, CA 1992 during an office procurement of office supplies by the only group of individuals ever believed to have attained smuh enlightenment. If you received their fax, then you received said enlightement also. Some of the intended recipients of the fax were: Tom Selleck, JoAnn Worley, Bob Costas and Gallagher. It is strongly believed that of those four, only Gallagher kept the fax.
