Well, this was one of those head-banging-against-the-desk kind of deals. And, of course, something weird happened that no tech had ever heard of before. This has happened to me so many times with computers, that I just wasn’t surprised. That aside, some hearty thanks and reccomendations to:
Customer service at GoDaddy.com – they are patient and polite even when you’re at the point of pulling your hair out.
LinkSky – this is my web host. Not only are they incredibly affordable, but their customer service is A+++ and then some. In my short time with them, they have been patient, gone out of their way to help me sort out problems and explain things, and they are available 24/7. They are GREAT!!!
