Not Much Going On

Both the hubby and I thought it was Thursday today, which meant we were thinking that tomorrow was Friday, Richard’s day off. Wrong. Ah well.

I’m not sleeping too well again. The Ambien is really no help. This means I have very little energy for the day. This on top of all the insurance stuff just wears me out.

    Well if youre worn out you should be able to sleep :) or at least rest.

    hey why not try out that ancient technique for faling asleep you suggested to me many moons ago?

    I had the day wrong, too! I take benedryl to help me sleep sometimes.

    You could try yoga, and lavender to help you relax. Get some lavender lotion from bath and body works, or even lavender and chamomile baby lotion from any store. This stuff works wonders, and is supposed to help with headaches, too.

    Do some internet research and I bet you can find better ways to help you sleep than a prescription, lol.
