I’m spending a last (selfish) weekend with Mimi. She’s completely stopped eating and drinking. She’s in good spirits, otherwise, which makes this so hard. I take her out in the backyard a few times a day where she rolls in dirt and suns herself on the deck, or she explores the yard and the gardens. Just a few minutes ago she chased a bunch of quail that had come into the back; just as she had as a kitten.

Anyway, no posts, and probably no computer, either this weekend. I just need to spend a lot of time with her.
