It’s been almost five months since my last bout of really strong heartburn. I’ve had to really behave in the food department the last couple of days because I’ve been feeling those hints of ulcer tummy trouble. So I’m not sure what set this off. Regardless, I’m stuck here at 5:30am waiting for it to subside.

I hope you’re feeling better soon. I don’t have chronic heartburn but do have the occasional bouts of it and know how painful it can be.
