This is the movie we saw today and I really didn’t care for it. I did like the characters and their story of survival, but the vampires were just gross. I prefer elegant vampires like Bela Lugosi, or Frank Langella, Angel, or the new guy on Moonlight. The other thing that bugged me about the movie – in 30 days the blood they were practically bathed in NEVER froze. C’mon…. it’s Alaska and it’s fricken below zero!
My husband thought it was a great movie, with really scary vampires, good story and a unique premise.
So, if you’re like my husband, you’ll enjoy it. If you’re like me, go watch something else.

I’m with you. I like vampires that have class and even humor. I do love the one on “Moonlight,” enough to eventually learn his name.
