I liked your honest approach here; it's a tall order; where do you even begin? Though I do not live in the U.S. and have not experienced the pros and cons of privatized health care, I have a feeling that would be a good place to start..

I think the IRS and the healthcare issues are probably the ones most crying out for reform (besides those jerks in underwear who litter the landscape--they offend on a daily basis).

One of the interesting things about the office of the President/Prime Minister is his or her actions are reversible through acts of Congress/Parliament, making the concept of being "Queen for a day" nice, but ultimately totally not practical.

That said, were I President for a day with the magical power to do anything I wanted without reversal...I'd pull US troops out of Iraq/Afghanistan, institute single payer health care, and force people who campaign for the office of the President to put their jobs before their campaigns, i.e. show up in Congress when it's time to vote instead of schmoozing with special interest groups.

Hey thanks for the comment on mine...lol But yes I agree with your I guess I didn't want to get too political and I wanted to do something that no one else would. As bad as Nixon was and what he did and I know I'm too young to even been around for this but he donated all his money earnings to charity while in office. at least that's what I remember in my government class...lol
