I am really, really hating drugstore.com. This company is the online supplier for the Rite Aid Pharmacy chain. I should have known, way back when I switched my prescriptions to Rite Aid and they then switched me to drugstore.com without a by-your-leave that I was in trouble.

EVERY. SINGLE. DAMN. ORDER has been a royal snafu. Every order I’ve wound up having to call their customer service and get things straightened out. And everytime, without fail, when I think it’s all fixed, it’s screwed up once again.
