Up until a few days ago I was managing a post a day for Blog 365, but I’ve missed a couple posts. I blame it on all the reading I’ve been doing lately. With the snow, we’ve had to turn off the tvs and the computer and I’ve gotten a bit out of the habit of checking my blog. I also have to blame Glogster. Yep, I’m still glogging like mad. I’m managing that better than my blog. I’m finding it very creative and I’ve found myself digging out my pens, my paper and messing about with Paint Shop Pro. I’ve also written a few poems and a short story here and there.
I think, in that way, I really haven’t lost what I wanted Blog 365 to give me; a reason to do something other than screwing around with games or watching TV. My mind feels active and that’s a definite good thing.
So, I may miss a few more posts before the end of the year, but I’m not going to sweat it.

Sandy – I like that I can cheat. lol
Jan – This snow is really making me reconsider hibernating.
Shiloh – I am so sorry to hear about your loss. And I agree, as long as one can do their best, then that should make us happy.
I feel the same way, Jane, about Blog 365. I recently had a dear friend die, and it was a struggle for me to get the oomph, mental and emotional, to write or create anything. It took me three or four days to get caught up, but I realized there may be days I when I *can’t* update. I’ll do my best though and be happy with that.
One good thing about setting your own goals… You don’t have to totally meet them if you don’t want to and you don’t have to apologize if your days and life go in a new direction.
I think if I had to deal with snow and more snow, I would probably spend my days curled up in bed reading.
don’t sweat it at all….if you want, you can also just back post. hope you’re having a good day!
