I like thievery, but only if it is Stealing Memes. Sunday Stealing is the newest blog I subscribed to. In an effort to jump start this blog and get my imagination back from wherever it went, I give you, the Christmas Meme:
1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping paper.
2. Real tree or Artificial? I like real, but artificial is easier.
3. When do you put up the tree? I haven’t, yet.
4. When do you take the tree down? After January 1st.
5. Do you like eggnog? Blech!
6. Favorite gift received as a child? Purple bicycle with handlebar streamers that glittered and purple glitter banana seat.
7. Hardest person to buy for? Husband. His gift must be something he really wants, generally practical, and on sale.
8. Easiest person to buy for? Brothers Jack and Jim.
9. Do you have a nativity scene? Nope, but I loved playing with the one my mother had until I broke Joseph’s head.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail, but maybe not next year since I haven’t gotten a SINGLE Christmas card. Spango heads. :(
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Cotton (flowery) panties from my mother-in-law. Jeezus!!
12. Favorite for Christmas dinner? Roast beef and baked potatoes.
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? December 1st.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Nope.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? My mother’s traditional desert of a whipped cream, cookie log.
16. Lights on the tree? Of course!
17. Favorite Christmas song? Feliz Navidad. I can’t help it, as soon as I hear it, I just want to sing with ol’ Jose.
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Home.
19. Angel on the tree top or a star? Santa Claus. I have a porcelain head Santa in purple velvet robes. He sits at the top.
20. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? This year, we’re opening them as they are delivered.
