It has been an awfully quiet day today. I did some work on my “special project” rosary and it’s giving me fits. I have the layout down, and I have all the beads and the wire, but I’m having a heck of a time finishing it. I hate crimp beads – which keep breaking, or I crimp at just the wrong moment, and there’s too much slack in the wire, which I then have to cut and mangle to start all over. Supposedly I could tie a knot in this Soft Flex wire, but that just looks like a huge, honking knot in the midst of a beautiful rosary.

I will figure this out.

I’m not feeling so great this evening. My nerves are going so I took my “emergency” panic meds, which made me super sleepy. I’m sleepy enough as it is. Fell asleep, anyway, on the couch and completely missed the movie I ordered. Ah well.So it goes.
