
These abstracts that I do originally were small doodles in the margins of my notebooks in school. My dad was a doodler. Whenever he was on the phone, he had a pen and a scratchpad handy and he would draw amazing, geometric patterns. They fascinated me and I did my best to do the same.
I never considered my elaborate doodles any sort of artwork until I sold one on I’d printed on a card.
I believe I have a much wider idea of what art is, and art certainly includes doodles.
